Our multi axis CNC machines allow us to achieve the tolerances and repeatability required for your toughest projects. We constantly have to work to dimensions of .0001 of an inch, achieve zero mismatch parting lines, zero flash parting lines, and maintain close tolerance over multiple reference planes and positions of assemblies containing upward of 250 finished machined parts. We continue to uphold dimensional accuracy even when machining the most demanding multi surface 3D part files to exact specifications. Many of our machined parts also require 100% inspection reports, to ensure zero defects. We have dealt with many US companies large and small, who have sometimes been lured by the initial low cost route of China.
